Yes. Free daily exports are available. Free users can export the current thread up to 10 times per day. Signed-in Members get 15 exports per day and Export Selected. Premium unlocks unlimited export, Export Selected, and Export All.
No account is required for basic current-thread exports. Sign in when you want Member features, higher daily limits, Export Selected, or Premium license activation.
Install it from the Chrome Web Store. After installing, open a Perplexity thread or Library page, click the extension icon, and choose your export option.

02 Exports and formats
Yes. You can export to PDF, Markdown, JSON, and HTML. PDF is page-ready, Markdown is useful for notes, JSON is structured for backup or automation, and HTML is a self-contained offline page.
Yes. Signed-in Members and Premium users can use Export Selected to pick specific threads from the Library and export them together.
Yes, with Premium. Export All backs up your entire Library in one run, saving each thread with a clean, consistent filename.
Yes. Creating many PDFs can use significant CPU, memory, and disk activity because the browser must render and save each file. For bulk PDF export, the extension groups PDF downloads into ZIP chunks of up to 50 files to reduce browser pressure.
03 Privacy, payment, and support
Exported files are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. Your browser usually saves them in the Downloads folder unless you have changed your browser download settings.
Exported files are generated locally in the browser. To apply daily limits and unlock paid features, the extension may check usage and license status with the service API. Read the Privacy Policy for the full data handling details.
